For me, there are a few too many spots (more toward the end, or I was just tired of the cumulative effect by then) where the author gets away from more accessible cues and falls more into a semi-metaphysical, spiritual kind of lane. The book makes me want to meet its author! He just seems like such a nice guy, and one who could be invaluable as a coach/mentor type influence.

Positive but not (terribly) cheesy, accessible, easygoing, encouraging, honest, specific but not daunting. The author's writing style is easy to read.
